S’more Toast

If we have graham crackers in the cupboard, they rapidly disappear. But we always have bread. I like this toast for an evening snack, since it’s a little less pure-sweet than the traditional layered s’more. No campfire needed, but a toaster oven is required.

1. Lightly toast your bread, and spread with butter.
2. Place on the toaster pan, and sprinkle evenly with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
3. Return to toaster oven on Toast or Broil setting until marshmallows are puffed and golden brown and chocolate is melted.
