Tot Dish

I grew up eating casserole. Rich, beefy, cheesy Tater Tot Casserole was probably the unanimous favorite with my 6 siblings and me. Definitely a crowd-pleaser. I was thrilled to discover that America’s Test Kitchen has a level-up version loaded with fresh mushrooms and herbs, eliminating the canned condensed soup and expanding the flavor. It’s super easy, though. No fuss, just lots of nostalgic indulgence.
