I used Smitten Kitchen&#8217;s updated-basic <a href=\"http:\/\/smittenkitchen.com\/2007\/09\/pizza-even-sweeter\/\" target=\"_blank\">pizza dough recipe<\/a>, and freshly made <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sparkledesign.net\/fidget\/2009\/06\/22\/pesto\/\">pesto<\/a> with basil from the farmer&#8217;s market. Other toppings: fresh mozzarella balls (grape tomato size), chicken that I pre-cooked in the toaster oven, tomatoes, and red onion.
