I have to try this! Last time I needed some kaffir lime leaves for a thai dish and my local Asian market didn’t have it. I guess I have to go to some Indian/Thai grocery store to get it.

It’s extremely easy, but the ingredients are unusual. You can find all of them at Sunrise Asian market.
