It is very cold, but dry as a bone. This morning there was hardly any frost because it is sooo dry, but there was ice on some sidewalks when RC and I went jogging this morning from people's sprinklers going on in the early morning and then freezing on the sidewalks. There was also a slight breeze, so running in sweats makes you feel like you don't have anything on, 'cause of the wind chill.... Hi KT,
